| Description: | Our Tuesday and Thursday morning class, which has been a Commons staple since 2001, is being revamped. Our instructor, Lisa Franey, has experience in a variety of types of exercise. The format will be aerobic/cardio ending with a little bit of yoga. Lisa tried this format and it was enthusiastically received.
